BIOGRAPHY

John Larsen is a multidisciplinary artist working in Portland, Oregon. His work has been shown both nationally and internationally.

Larsen concentrates less on the development of a characteristic style and more on the way in which a process or activity can transform or become a work of art. With an interest in the fields of multimedia, installation, and performance, he imbues his work with a playful approach. For 7 years John worked as the Artistic Director for Michael Curry Design, an internationally acclaimed studio specializing in theatrical engineering and puppetry arts.
